French organizations, REF, AMSAT-F, DR@F, and URC sent a joint letter to the ANFR International Affairs Commission. Since the start of the 2m crisis only URC had officialy addressed concerns to the ANFR and CEPT.
The IARU just uploaded a document on to the CEPT servers. This documents completly deconstructs the French/Thales proposal.
Fran EA4FRI twitted this information to us. Several Spanish amateur organizations met with the Secretary of State for Digital Development. They discussed the 2m crisis and other topics where we believe Thales touch can be spotted afar.
